Who gets oral thrush?

Oral thrush is common in babies.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, which contains maleic acid, has proven antifungal properties.

A 2015 study published in theJournal of Prosthodonticsreported that a 4%maleicacid solution was more effective in killingC.

The solution can be made by diluting 1 teaspoon of vinegar with 1 cup of water.

Rinse for 10 to 20 seconds.
