Dietary Supplements

Antioxidants and other supplements may offer protective benefits with endometriosis.
If you want to try a gluten-free or FODMAP diet, talk with your healthcare provider.
You may be better off limiting meat consumption, alcohol, and salt.
However, whole grains including oatmeal, wheat bread, brown rice, andquinoa, offer overall health benefits.

Research is focused on understanding the possible connection between endocrine disruptors and infertility and endometriosis.
