What Is Ovulation?
Ovulationoccurs when the ovary releases an egg.
It is a normal part of the menstrual cycle.
They shed their endometrial (uterine) lining if ovulation does not result in pregnancy.
This happens about 14 to 16 days after ovulation and causes bleeding during a menstrual period.
