A Colles fracture usually comes up whenever you fall onto your outstretched hand.

After reduction, the wrist is immobilized with acast or braceto keep the bones in the correct position.

Focus on slow, controlled movements rather than fast ones.

Do not push to pain; if there is pain, you should probably ease back.

This is the wrist extensor stretch in reverse.
Again, use gentle pressure to where a stretch is felt but without any pain.
